DMV To Participate In Countywide Summer HoursBINGHAMTON, NY - County Clerk Rick Blythe today announced that the Department of Motor Vehicles will again be participating in the countywide Summer Hours Program beginning May 27, 2008 through August 29, 2008.

“With the current economic climate, it is important for us to continue to conserve energy when possible, keeping costs to the Broome County Taxpayer at a minimum. It is important to me that our service to you remain constant, which is why our Binghamton and Endicott Offices will continue to offer Saturday morning hours.”

Summer Hours are as follows:

• Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building
M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• 181 Clinton Street in Binghamton
M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Sat. 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• 124 Washington Avenue
M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Sat 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

As our doors close promptly at 4:00 p.m., we will be unable to process new transactions after 3:50 p.m. We will answer questions and hand out forms during that time.

Mobile DMV Office hours

• Conklin Town Hall on Tuesdays
9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

• Triangle Town Hall Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
