Airport Security Office
Airport security officers have an office in the terminal across from the airline ticket counter area.
Baggage Claim
The baggage claim facilities are located at the ticket counter for the airline that operated your flight.
 
Business Center
The Airport Business Center is open from 5:00 AM until 11:00 PM to provide business professionals with a quiet and convenient site to complete those important business tasks. Private work stations and WIFI are available in the business center. These essential tools create a productive work setting conducive to accomplishing your business goals. Work station utilization is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required.

Conference Center
The Airport Conference Center provides travelers, as well as community businesses, with a convenient meeting room with a full list of amenities. The conference center is perfect for business professionals meeting out of town clients; company recruiters meeting potential employees and lawyers and court officials who need a quiet, convenient place to take depositions. The conference center facility can seat up to 22 people and is made available to Public Benefit, Not-For-Profit and Private Business groups as well as airport tenants and management. Groups will discover a productive environment in the conference center with the privacy and tools necessary to maximize valuable time.

Operated by Bunn Hill Foods, the "Gateway Café" is located in the center of the passenger terminal building and features fresh Subway sandwiches, personal sized Pizza, soups and salads along with a wide selection of breakfast foods and coffees. A comfortable lounge area offers select beer and wine choices
Gift Shop
The gift shop offers newspapers, books, sundry items and a selection of quality souvenirs featuring unique Binghamton area products.

Visitors Center
Located across from the baggage claim, the Visitors Center at the Greater Binghamton Airport offers travelers a convenient place to find information about the Greater Binghamton Area along with many other surrounding counties. The Visitor Center offers brochures and directions for lodging, entertainment, local attractions, regional highlights and area maps.
Wi-Fi Internet
The Greater Binghamton Airport offers free Internet connectivity throughout the terminal area via a wireless signal that allows users to connect at a very high rate of speed for Internet browsing. This service allows the business traveler to stay connected to check e-mail, download files, and access company servers for network access.
