Passenger traffic at the Greater Binghamton Airport continues to rebound at a pace that surpasses the national average. In fact, for the month of August in 2002, 11,176 people boarded commercial airliners at BGM, favorably comparing to 10,968 passengers in August of 2002. Although this might seem to be a small increase, it is an improvement that relatively few U.S. airports have experienced in any month over the past year.

This good news is a tribute to the resiliency of the travelers of our community. As an airport, we would like to recognize and reward those growing number of travelers who consistently choose to use the Greater Binghamton Airport. Accordingly, a new program has started exclusively at our airport called the Business Traveler Rewards Program (BTRP) created with the local frequent traveler in mind. BTRP members are eligible to earn exciting and useful rewards such as free parking passes, airline frequent flier mileage, complimentary coffee/newspapers and much more.
