More added convenience at the Greater Binghamton Airport... In an effort to further reduce airline check-in times, US Airways has recently installed two timesaving electronic ticket kiosks at the Greater Binghamton Airport. (See pictures below) These customer service kiosks offer customers the ability to check-in electronically, without having to wait in traditional ticket counter lines. Using the touch-screen system, customers traveling domestically can easily obtain boarding passes, select seats or check bags by using a credit card or Dividend Miles membership card as identification to activate the system. The kiosks also provide customers with information about the status of their flight. This technology is a tremendous time saver as a traveler who wishes to obtain a boarding pass for an all ready purchased ticket can be finished in as little as 30 seconds. Lastly, for those readers looking over the airlines' schedules please note that many of the flight revisions occurring in the month of April are temporary and are scheduled to return in May.
