Governor Paterson Announces Major Economic Development For New York's Southern Tier

Impress USA to Construct New Plant, Pledges Jobs
Governor David A. Paterson today announced that Impress USA, a global leader in the consumer metal packaging industry, will build a new manufacturing plant in Conklin, New York, providing a major economic boost for the Southern Tier. The project will initially bring 75 new, full-time employees to the location during the first phase of construction and initial operations.
