Customs
Greater Binghamton Airport has international capabilities provided by the United States Customs Office. Private, charter, corporate, freight and commercial aircraft with international departures and destinations can receive customs clearances at the Greater Binghamton Airport. No fees shall be charged or be assessed or collected for formal or informal freight entries or outbound aircraft clearances.
For customs entries which occur other than during the normal business hours of the Customs Service, an additional fee shall be collected and charged for actual and necessary overtime expenses charged to the County by the Customs Service.
For customs activities which occur outside the Binghamton Port, as defined by the Customs Service, an additional fee shall be charged and assessed for the actual and necessary mileage expenses billed to the County by the Customs Service.
Fees do not include U.S. Customs decals, available from U.S.C. for $25.00.
Payments: Users are invoiced.
ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED:
Two hours minimum, weekday business hours. By 1600 Friday for the weekend arrivals.
